KCI will install all furniture brands from A to Z. From receiving and delivering a single chair to direct shipments of systems furniture KCI has you covered.
Receiving: KCI has a dock accessible warehouse with staff available to receive & warehouse your product until installation. Upon receipt of the product, KCI conducts a visual inspection of cartons for physical damage and confirms all quantities match the receiving documents & packing list.
Direct Shipments: In case of product direct shipments; KCI is equipped to handle dock unload & curbside unload. All direct shipments must be scheduled by KCI directly with the final carrier. Upon receipt of the product, KCI conducts a visual inspection of cartons for physical damage and confirms all quantities match the receiving documents & packing list.
Delivery: Upon delivery arrival, a KCI lead installer will make contact with the end user and review final installation plans. KCI will then install per print or instruction and remove all debris from packing materials. Final inspection with the client is performed to confirm space is ready for use.
KCI will work directly with local custom furniture dealers to coordinate the installation of your custom pieces. Whether picking up from your selected dealer or receiving from the dealer onsite; KCI is prepared to handle your installation of custom furniture with the utmost care.
During a time that can seem very overwhelming, KCI can ease some of the stress by providing move management. From inter-office moves to across town KCI has what it takes to make this transition smooth while meeting your timeline requirements. As we understand each office move is different and requires customization based on your business needs.
KCI provides the following when assisting with your office move:
· Space Planning & Design to include Systems Furniture Reconfigures
· Site visits to both locations to confirm spacing and product placement measurements
· Coordinate with Electrical & IT Personnel for Cabling Removal & Installation
· Provide all necessary packing materials
KCI can help coordinate the liquidation of your excess furniture through our network of dealers and furniture installation companies nationwide. Product ownership is maintained by the owner and sold directly to the buyer.
This service could include:
· Dismantling and staging the product
· Inventory of excess product
· Digital photography of the product
· Packing and Loading the product for transportation
· Warehousing and storage of product offsite for seller or buyer
The project management fee for this service is minimal considering the time and effort that could be involved in disposing of the excess product after a move, liquation, or corporate downsizing.
